No. You can book a session and we’ll connect before to make sure it’s the right fit — whether solo, tandem, or expanded. If anything changes, we’ll adjust together.

2. What should I expect during a session?

Expect quiet, presence, and care. You’ll be invited to relax and feel what’s happening in your body. It’s not about performance or “fixing” — it’s about meeting yourself honestly, with support.

3. What do I wear?

Whatever you’re comfortable in. Most clients undress to their comfort level and are covered with a sheet. You’ll never be exposed or touched without consent.

4. Is this therapy?

It’s not talk therapy, and we don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. But many clients experience emotional clarity, release, or insight through the bodywork. You’re welcome to bring what’s alive for you into the session — it all belongs.
